Every member of staff needs to engage with and overcome a range of challenges – be they in administration, tuition or research. This course will deliver the creativity tools you need to make 2017 a success for you. This course will firstly introduce the cognitive and social fundamentals of creativity before practising a range of creativity booster techniques. There will a focus upon exchange and group work. Participants are very welcome to bring problems to discuss and progress towards solving.
