Prof. Dr. Bernadette Dilger

Prof. Dr. Bernadette Dilger is a Professor of Business Education and Director of the Institute of Business Education and Educational Management at the University of St.Gallen. She studied business administration and business education. She trains prospective teachers in management, economics, and law. As the academic head of HDZ-HSG (Centre of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at the University of St.Gallen), she is responsible for the didactic offerings at the HSG and advises and supports teaching faculty.

Dr. phil. Stefan T. Siegel

Dr. phil. Stefan T. Siegel

Dr. phil. Stefan T. Siegel is a senior postdoctoral researcher and lecturer, co-head of the CAS HSG in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, and project leader at the Institute of Business Education and Educational Management (IWP) at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). He studied education with minors in psychology, sociology, and political science at the University of Augsburg. He is the author of (inter)national articles and books and has several years of professional experience in research and teaching in the field of (higher) education. He has received several awards for his work. In mostly (inter)national collaborations, he researches and works on educational theories, educational myths, educational media, evidence-informed knowledge management, and sustainability education.

Dr. Dietrich Wagner

Dr. Dietrich Wagner

Dr. Dietrich Wagner studied Business and Economics Education at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen–Nuremberg. Between 2014 and 2024, he worked at the Institute of Business and Economics Education at the University of St.Gallen on various topics related to higher education didactics and institutional development. He currently works at the University of Teacher Education St. Gallen (PHSG), at the Institute for Vocational Education, where he is involved in several research and teaching projects. His research primarily focuses on fostering critical reflection, self-competence, and ethical competence among learners and students.

Eliane Troxler

Eliane Troxler

Eliane Troxler studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where she completed her Bachelor's degree and earned a Master's degree in Management, Organization, and Culture. She holds a teaching diploma in economics and law for high schools. Since 2022, Eliane Troxler is working at the Institute of Business Education and Educational Management (IWP) and is a doctoral candidate researching mindfulness-based interventions in higher education since February 2023.
