Course Description

Explore the art of effective teaching and learning in higher education through our immersive course. On the first day, we will uncover the impact of attitudes, perspectives, and convictions on teaching and learning by analyzing, reflecting, and discussing video sequences of the participant’s teaching. The aim is to become more explicitly aware of various influencing factors and to be able to describe the main features of your own teaching concept.

On the second day, based on your teaching experiences, you will gain essential pedagogical insights, equipping you to create impactful teaching and learning experiences based on solid theoretical foundations. After the course you will apply this knowledge by planning your own course.
